2. Services Aviationtraining.school provides online courses related to aviation, management, and dangerous goods (DG) training. The courses are available for purchase and are accessible through our online platform.

3. Registration and Accounts

  • You must create an account to purchase and access our courses.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Methods

  • We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment gateways as listed on our website.
  • Offline payments, including bank transfers, are also accepted. Instructions for making offline payments will be provided during the checkout process or upon request.
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

4.2 Payment Process

  • Upon selecting a course, you will be directed to a checkout page where you can review your order and input your payment details.

  • For offline payments, including bank transfers, you will receive payment instructions. Access to the course will be granted once the payment has been confirmed.
  • If your payment is declined or not received, you will not be able to access the course, and we will notify you to update your payment information or complete the payment.

  • We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information during the transaction process. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.4 Subscription Services

  • Certain courses or services may be offered on a subscription basis, with recurring payments. Subscription details, including payment frequency and amount, will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4.5 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy on our courses, provided that you have not accessed or started the course. Once a course is accessed or started, no refund will be provided.
  • To request a refund, you must contact us within the refund period specified. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

4.6 Taxes and Duties

  • All prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and other charges. You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your local government.
  • If you are purchasing from a country outside of Pakistan, you may be subject to additional import duties or taxes upon receipt of the goods. You agree to bear these costs.
