Hassan Raza Dharsi
Hassan Raza Dharsi is the CEO of Aviation + DG Training School (ADG) and represents the new generation of leadership in aviation training and logistics. His journey into the industry started early, with hands-on exposure to cargo operations and aviation environments, giving him practical insight into how the industry truly works on the ground.
Over the years, he developed a strong focus on training, competency development, and international compliance standards. He has played a key role in building modern, industry-relevant training programs that prepare professionals for real operational challenges. His approach combines practical knowledge, global outlook, and a passion for raising safety and training standards in the region.
Known for his people-centric and motivational leadership style, Hassan believes in empowering professionals through education and continuous learning. His exposure to international environments and love for travel further shape his broad and forward-thinking perspective. Today, he continues to drive ADG’s growth with a vision to make high-quality aviation training more accessible and impactful.

Mohsin Abbas Dharsi
Mohsin Abbas Dharsi is a pioneering business leader whose career spans more than four decades in freight forwarding, aviation, and trade. His journey began at a time when the logistics and aviation sectors in the region were still developing, and through dedication and resilience, he helped build strong foundations for the businesses he leads today.
He is the Chairman of Mohsin Dharsi Group of Companies (MDGC), guiding the group’s vision and long-term direction. Under his leadership, Karachi Cargo Services, KN Aviation, Nagar Organic, and Penta Enterprises have grown with a focus on trust, service quality, and lasting relationships. He also serves as Director of Aviation + DG Training School and other organizations, where his experience continues to shape strategic decisions.
Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to trade associations as a member, chairman, and vice chairman, supporting industry collaboration and development. Alongside business leadership, he has remained committed to social and charitable initiatives, reflecting his belief in giving back to the community.
His story is one of steady growth, integrity, and long-term vision. Today, his legacy continues not only through the businesses he built but also through the next generation carrying his values forward.
