- Prepare shipments ‘ready for carriage’ in accordance with the applicable IATA resolutions
- Understand the e-Freight initiative and e-AWB process.

Cargo Introductory Course
During this course, you will gain a broad understanding of the air cargo agency and the role of a Freight Forwarder. You will also become familiar with related subjects such as industry terminology and abbreviations, world geography, air cargo acceptance, basic rating principles, and the Air Waybill.
